PRINT AD:

This advertisement shows how magical the sharpie pen is in fantasies, as well as in the real world. The fairy god mother is drawing the glass slipper with her magic sharpie wand, showing its effortless touch. When she uses her magic sharpie wand, everything she draws is sketched like a sharpie sketch to further show its strong detail. I stayed in the theme of Cinderella for this particular ad to better attract a younger target market and to better attract adults with younger kids. Although most adults perceive sharpie to be dangerous due to its permanence , I felt as though appealing to this new market might open up a higher call-to-action. This magical theme shows that sharpie can be used even with children without fear of the brand. This ad will better show the positive effect sharpie has on families which will hopefully lead towards more sales.  

INTERACTIVE AD:
For this assignment, I was given the task of coming up with a new interactive ad for my product Sharpie. This ad is a touch screen advertisment in which people walking by can go up to the ad and draw their own picture with the on screen sharpie tool. When you first approach the screen, you have the option of choosing from four different photos from any movie of your choice. For the sake of cohesiveness, I chose Cinderella to keep in the theme of the magical touch. Once you've selected your photo, the fairy god mother appears to give you her magic sharpie wand. With this, you can choose from many different colors allowing you to color in the picture you've chosen to see each detailed line of the image. It better shows you what the sharpie color would look like in real life and gives you a chance to test out the product before buying it.

Outdoor Ad:

The Advertisement shown is for the brand Contigo. Contigo is known for keeping water fresh and cold, no matter what journey you embark on. In this ad, the Contigo doubles as a forest waterfall to better clarify its' cleanliness and freshness under any circumstance. This ad would appeal to people who are active and on the go because it shows that people will always be able to stay hydrated, even when enduring various activities throughout the day. Contigo keeps your water cold for up to 12 hours, just as a forest waterfall stays cold and refreshing even in the hottest days. The outdoor environment further shows that you can bring your Contigo on any journey, always knowing that it will keep you hydrated and refreshed.

Print Ad:

This advertisement for Contigo not only appeals to very active people, but it appeals to people who are environmentally conscious as well. The print ad enhances how unique this water bottle is by showing its capability of being able to go with you anywhere, while keeping your water fresh and cold. There is a high call-to-action, especially for those who are interested in cold water that can last even in the most unnatural environments. As well, the ad shows its environmentally conscious efforts towards eliminating wasteful plastic water bottles and shifting peoples focus towards these reusable, washable water bottles. The ad makes people want to try something different that will in turn benefit their lifestyle, as well as benefitting our environment.  

Billboard Ad:

For this ad, I was tasked with creating a Billboard ad for Contigo. I chose to use a marathon participant as the center of my ad to show how necessary it is to stay hydrated throughout the entirety of your day. Whether you're running a 25 mile marathon, or working a 12 hour work day, Contigo will always keep your water fresh and cold. This ad was chosen as a billboard ad, because of the strong presence it gives. People admire those who have passion and drive, which shows the type of people who would also choose the best water bottle possible to achieve their greatness. This ad shows how reliable Contigo is with keeping your water consistently cold and shows that those who strive for greatness, also strive for great water and great hydration.
